What is included in the free trial?
Our 1-month free trial includes all features of the Professional plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any differences.
What happens if I exceed my message limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can either upgrade your plan or purchase additional message credits at ₹0.50 per message.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees. You only pay the monthly subscription fee.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied, contact us at any time. For monthly services, we will stop the service. If you paid yearly, we will refund the remaining months for a full prorated refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wire transfers for enterprise plans.
