Cancellation Policy

1. Cancel any time

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There is no lock-in period and no cancellation fee.

2. How to cancel

• From the billing or subscription section of your Buyer Nexus account, or
• By emailing [email protected] from your registered email address, or
• By calling +91 95222 12340.

We confirm your cancellation by email.

3. Auto-pay is stopped

When you cancel, we stop your recurring payment (UPI Autopay, card auto-debit or e-mandate) on our side, so no future amount is deducted. You can also cancel the mandate yourself from your UPI app or bank at any time. If any amount is deducted after you have cancelled, we refund it in full.

4. Monthly plans

• Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for.
• You will not be charged for the next month.
• The current month's payment is not refunded.

5. Yearly plans

• Your plan stays active until the end of the month in which you cancel.
• We refund the remaining unused months as explained in our Refund Policy.

6. Software development and customisation projects

You can also cancel a custom project, such as a mobile app, web app, website, integration, or setup and customisation work, at any time.

• If you cancel before we start the work, your advance is refunded in full.
• If work has already started, amounts paid for it are not refunded, because the work is built only for you. We stop further work and you are not billed for any milestone that has not started.
• Whatever has been built up to the cancellation date is handed over to you on request.

7. Your data

You can export your leads, contacts and other data before your access ends. After that, access to the account is closed. If you need help exporting, write to us and we will help you.

8. Cancellation by us

We may suspend or cancel an account that breaks our Terms of Service or WhatsApp Business / Meta policies. If we cancel for any other reason, we refund the unused part of any prepaid plan.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
