Getting Started
How do I create a BuyerNexus account?
Visit buyernexus.ai and click "Get Started Free". Enter your business email, verify it, and complete your company profile. Your 14-day free trial starts immediately with full access to all features.
How do I import my existing customers?
Go to Customers → Import and upload your Excel or CSV file. BuyerNexus auto-maps common fields like name, phone, email, and company. You can also map custom fields during import. We support up to 50,000 records per import.
Can I use BuyerNexus on my phone?
Yes. BuyerNexus has native apps for Android and iOS. You can manage customers, send WhatsApp messages, track deals, and receive notifications on the go. The mobile app syncs in real-time with the web dashboard.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access to all features including WhatsApp integration, automation, reports, and team collaboration. No credit card required.

WhatsApp Integration
How do I connect WhatsApp to BuyerNexus?
Go to Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp. You can connect via the official WhatsApp Business API through our partner setup (takes 24-48 hours for approval) or use the WhatsApp Web bridge for instant setup.
Can I send bulk WhatsApp messages?
Yes. With the WhatsApp Business API integration, you can send bulk template messages to opted-in customers. Create segments and send personalized messages to thousands of customers in minutes.
What are WhatsApp template messages?
Template messages are pre-approved message formats required by WhatsApp for business-initiated conversations. They support text, images, videos, documents, and interactive buttons. BuyerNexus helps you create and get templates approved.

How does the sales pipeline work?
BuyerNexus provides a visual Kanban board where you create custom pipeline stages (e.g., New Lead → Contacted → Qualified → Proposal → Won/Lost). Drag and drop deals between stages, set values, assign owners, and add notes.
Can I automate follow-up reminders?
Yes. Set automatic follow-up reminders per deal stage or customer. BuyerNexus sends reminders via in-app notifications, email, or WhatsApp. You can also create multi-step follow-up sequences that run on autopilot.
How do I capture leads from IndiaMART?
Go to Settings → Integrations → IndiaMART and enter your IndiaMART CRM key. BuyerNexus automatically pulls new buyer leads every few minutes and creates customer records with all details. You can set up instant WhatsApp acknowledgements for new leads.

How do automated birthday wishes work?
Add birthday dates to customer profiles (manually or via import). BuyerNexus automatically sends your chosen WhatsApp template message on their birthday. You can include personalized discount codes and schedule follow-up offers.
Can I automate messages for festivals?
Yes. Set up festival campaigns for Diwali, Eid, Christmas, Holi, and other occasions. Choose your audience segment, create the message template, and schedule it. BuyerNexus sends it automatically on the selected date.
What other workflows can I automate?
You can automate lead assignment, welcome messages for new contacts, payment reminders, order confirmations, review requests, renewal reminders, re-engagement campaigns, and custom triggers based on customer actions.

Billing & Plans
What plans does BuyerNexus offer?
We offer Starter, Growth, and Enterprise plans. All plans include core CRM features, WhatsApp integration, and automation. Higher plans add more team members, API access, advanced analytics, and priority support. See our pricing page for details.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Rupay), UPI, net banking, and bank transfers. For Enterprise plans, we also support purchase orders and invoice-based payments.
